The Rat Verlegh Stadium is the home of football club NAC Breda in Breda. When the stadium opened in 1996, sponsors had naming rights. But in 2006, the stadium was renamed as the Rat Verlegh Stadium, after Antoon Verlegh who had the "Rat" nickname.

In addition to domestic cup, league and friendly matches, in 2002, the stadium hosted an international friendly match between Turkey and Ecuador. With recent success of NAC Breda, the stadium has featured Intertoto, UEFA Cup and UEFA Europa League matches.
